Inspired Living
As you approach the Palm Orchard, the desert landscape of southern Baja changes into farms, gardens, and orchards - an oasis set between the Sierra de la Laguna mountains and the Pacific Ocean. This is the small beachfront farming community of Pescadero. Just off the highway, past the basil, pepper and tomato farms you arrive at the Palm Orchard, a 20 acre private oceanfront resort.
The Palm Orchard sold out its final lot in 2021.
Design
The Palm Orchard's master plan preserves the characteristics of the original working orchard. It is a unique next generation resort; small in scale and designed to coexist with the mature palm trees, exotic plants, and natural beachfront. Design elements draw from the imagery of Mexico and emphasize a "barefoot elegance." Sand roads and stone walkways wind through heavily landscaped home site to amenities and a pristine beach.
The Palm Orchard is a low density development of 30 lots over 21 acres. Infrastructure is in place and owners choose their own architect and builder. Several lots border the quiet beach, others are a short walk to the ocean. This private community has a welcoming vibe and over 23,000 square meters of beautifully landscaped common area.
The Palm Orchard is a place of respite. Sit on the deck, sipping coffee from the local roasters and watch migrating whales in the winter. Watch sunset from San Pedrito Beach. Grill a freshly caught fish in the outdoor kitchen, sit back and relax into a quiet space. Gather with neighbors and friends at the clubhouse to swim laps or chat by the fire pit.
